West Ham United have allegedly just had a €12 million (£10 million) bid for Spezia ace Jakub Kiwior rejected.
That’s according to a report from Tuttomercatoweb who claim that Spezia do not want to lose the 22-year-old this summer.

In addition to that, the Hammers are thought to be facing competition from AC Milan for the Poland international.

West Ham boss David Moyes has already strengthened his defensive ranks with the signing of Thilo Kehrer but the Scot is clearly keen to bring further reinforcements to the London Stadium.
And Kiwior is someone who the Hammers have allegedly been tracking for nearly a week now.
It seems as though West Ham’s interest in the Pole resulted in an official offer – one that has been knocked back unfortunately.
West Ham have Jakub Kiwior bid rejected
Tuttomercatoweb reckon that the Hammers have had a £10 million bid for the 22-year-old knocked back by Spezia.
Kiwior is a decent young player but we really shouldn’t be wasting any more time chasing him. And we certainly shouldn’t be paying more than £10 million for him.
Kiwior wouldn’t be a bad signing but we have to say, Moyes really should be setting his sights a lot higher than the Spezia defender.

The 22-year-old can operate as a defensive midfielder as well though, and that versatility will obviously appeal to Moyes.
In 22 Serie A appearances last season, Kiwior averaged 2.3 tackles, 1.8 interceptions and 2.2 clearances per game (Who Scored).
The Polish ace stands at 6ft 2in tall and is very energetic and mobile.
The Spezia defender is a proper athlete but it must be said that he is totally unproven in the Premier League. Players a lot better than Kiwior have arrived in the Premier League and failed to succeed.
West Ham signing Jakub Kiwior wouldn’t be the worst move in the world.
However, there are far better options out there for the Hammers.
