West Ham fans have taken to Twitter in reaction to Football Insider’s claim that Burnley hitman Chris Wood is a transfer target for David Moyes.

The Hammers boss allegedly wants to bring the New Zealand international to the London Stadium before the start of next season (Football Insider).
West Ham desperately need to sign at least two established centre-forwards this summer.
Moyes is well known for liking a big strong unit to lead his attacking line.
Michail Antonio has been brilliant for the Hammers over the past season and a half since Moyes returned to the London Stadium.

The 31-year-old desperately needs more competition and cover, however.
West Ham fans think Chris Wood is perfect for the job
The 6ft 3in Kiwi is allegedly on the Hammers’ radar.
He has been incredibly consistent over the past four years with 46 Premier League goals to his name since the start of the 2017/18 campaign (Transfermarkt).

One thing going against Wood, however, is his age. At 29, he probably only has a few years left playing at the very highest level.
And Moyes has made it clear that he wants to bring young and hungry players to the London Stadium.
