West Ham fans have taken to Twitter in reaction to claims that Jesse Lingard could return to the Hammers in January.

ExWHUemployee claimed on The West Ham Way podcast on Monday that David Moyes wants to bring Jesse back.
And the 28-year-old is allegedly keen to return to the London Stadium.
Lingard was sensational for West Ham during his four-month loan stint in East London last season.

He bagged nine goals and four assists in 16 Premier League games for the Hammers.
David Moyes absolutely loved Lingard. As did the West Ham fans.
The Scot recently described the Manchester United ace as an ‘exceptional’ player (Evening Standard).
And a West Ham return could be on the cards for Lingard according to Ex.

The 28-year-old would certainly strengthen our ranks in the attacking midfield department.
With Said Benrahma set to jet off to the Africa Cup of Nations with Algeria in the new year, the arrival of Lingard in January could be very much needed.
