Calcio Mercato recently claimed that Hammers boss David Moyes wants to bring the talented 21-year-old Fiorentina striker to the London Stadium this summer.

Vlahovic is such an incredibly talented young player.

Back in 2016, Vlahovic was scouted by Juventus with the Italian club’s scouts branding him as ‘the new Zlatan Ibrahimovic’ (The Sun).

So Spurs joining the race to sign the Serbia international will undoubtedly be an unwelcome inconvenience for the Hammers.

West Ham have their work cut-out as Tottenham enter Vlahovic race

Tuttosport reckon that Spurs Director of Football Fabio Paratici has identified the 21-year-old forward as the ideal long-term successor for Harry Kane.

Missing out on the Serbian to Tottenham would be a bitter pill to swallow for West Ham.

Fiorentina are demanding around £25 million for the 21-year-old’s services this summer (Roma Press). That seems like truly outstanding value.

Vlahovic scored 21 goals in 37 Serie A games for Fiorentina last season (Transfermarkt).

He really does seem to be like a superstar in the making.
