And Hammers boss David Moyes will allegedly demand at least £95 million for the Brazilian star.

West Ham deny Lucas Paqueta rumour as speculation swirls around his future
C&H reckon that no formal bid has yet arrived from Manchester City for the Brazilian magnifico.
That’s good news as far as I’m concerned and gives us great hope that he’ll be staying at the London Stadium this season.

Man City do not mess about when they have a transfer target in mind. They make sure that the player wants to move to them first and then make an offer that they think will be accepted.
This clearly hasn’t happened yet. Maybe they are thinking of signing him next summer by activating his £85 million release clause, who knows.
As things stand I actually think Lucas Paqueta will stay at West Ham beyond the end of the summer transfer window.
And if he does, the minimum I expect from him is 100% effort.
