West Ham could look to sign Liverpool ace Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on loan this summer according to ExWHUemployee.

Hammers boss David Moyes is expected to be busy in the transfer market this summer. And Liverpool man Oxlade-Chamberlain could be an alternative options to two of the Scot’s priority targets.

Moyes is desperate to sign Jesse Lingard and/or Matheus Pereira according to Ex.

If West Ham are unable to strike deals for either of those players, however, Liverpool ace Oxlade-Chamberlain could be the man for the job.

West Ham eyeing Oxlade-Chamberlain swoop

ExWHUemployee claims that the 27-year-old is on the Hammers’ radar.

According to a recent report from Fichajes, the former Arsenal man could be available for just £17 million this summer with Jurgen Klopp willing to sanction his exit from Anfield.

West Ham want to sign the Ox on loan, however. Surely if we do make an offer for him there will either be an option or an obligation to buy included in the deal.

We made that mistake with Jesse Lingard in January.

Oxlade-Chamberlain is powerful, has bags of energy and is an incredibly dynamic midfielder. He can play in the middle of the park, on either wing or even in the number 10 position.

When the former Arsenal man is on top of his game from a physical aspect, he possesses frightening pace.

Oxlade-Chamberlain has experienced injury problems over the past few years. And that may well be a red flag for West Ham.

It remains to be seen whether Moyes secures deals for his priority targets, however. If he does, there will be no need to make a move to sign the Liverpool ace.
