West Ham can now sign Nikola Milenkovic for just €10 million (£9 million) according to claims from Italian journalist Paolo Bargiggia.

The Hammers have been linked with a whole host of centre-backs over the past few months.
Nikola Milenkovic is one that really stands out, however.
David Moyes desperately needs to bolster his central defensive ranks at the London Stadium this summer.
And West Ham won’t be able to do much better than the Fiorentina ace.
Viola News has claimed that the Serie A outfit were demanding around £25 million for the Serbia international.
Some great news broke for the Hammers this afternoon, however.

That’s according to Italian journalist Paolo Bargiggia who claims that Fiorentina are now desperate to get the 23-year-old off their books with just one year remaining on his current deal.
That is absolutely outstanding value. And if true, the Hammers cannot hesitate to get a deal for Milenkovic over the line.
In 34 Serie A appearances for Fiorentina last season, the Serbian scored three goals and registered one assist. In those outings, he averaged 1.4 tackles, 1.3 interceptions, 3.6 clearances and one block per match. The 23-year-old won an average of 3 aerial duals per game. He also had an 86% pass completion rate from an average of 46.6 passes per match (Who Scored).
He has been described as the ‘new Nemanja Vidic’ (Football.London).

Signing Milenkovic for just £9 million would be an absolute no-brainer for David Moyes. It could end up being one of the bargains of the season.
