Tomas Soucek is one of many West Ham players linked with a departure in the summer transfer window.
The Hammers’ relegation from the Premier League will result in a complete rebuild at the London Stadium.
They are expected to replace Nuno Espirito Santo with another new manager and raise £150 million from player sales.
Soucek could be among those looking for a new challenge after spending the last six and a half years at West Ham.
It would appear that a return to Slavia Prague is a realistic option for the Czech Republic international.

Tomas Soucek joined Slavia Prague’s academy at just 10 years old and spent the following 15 years there.
He made over 150 appearances for the club in all competitions before joining West Ham in January 2020.
Soucek emerged as a Hammers star under David Moyes and has been an important player at the London Stadium ever since.
At 31 years old and after West Ham’s relegation to the Championship, nobody would blame Soucek for wanting to leave.
Soucek sounded willing to stay next season in his post-match interview on Sunday, but it is too early to know.

However, what we do know is that his former club would love to welcome him back to the Czech Republic.
Slavia Prague manager Jindrich Trpisovsky revealed he “would like” to sign Soucek if the midfielder were interested.
“I think it’s all about Tomas. If there was an opportunity, we would like to use it, but there are many options,” Trpisovsky said, via iDnes.
“He still has a year left on his contract in England. I personally think he will come back one day, but we’ll see if it’s this summer. The decision would be mainly up to him.”
Soucek’s return to Slavia Prague seems inevitable, but from West Ham’s perspective, they will be hoping he waits a few more years.
