West Ham United are reportedly keen to sign Liverpool defender Joe Gomez this summer.
According to a report from The Times, Liverpool centre-back Joe Gomez is being discussed as a potential option for West Ham in the summer transfer window.

He obviously remained at Anfield in the end, but it seems as though Hammers boss David Moyes could be set to make another move for the centre-back.

Shock Joe Gomez to West Ham claim emerges
The Times claim that Gomez is not happy with being fourth choice centre-back at Anfield, and would be open to a move away to join a club where he’ll play regualrly.

The Liverpool defender can play as a right-back as well as in the central defensive position. He would definitely have more chance of regular football at right-back rather than centre-back at the London Stadium.
Gomez is a terrific player and would be a superb addition for the Hammers. He’s quick along the ground, strong in the tackle and in the air and plays with a real kind of composure that is so impressive to watch.
Give Me Sport claimed last year that Liverpool wanted around £25 million for the Catford-born ace.
And if they’re demanding that kind of cash now, I think Joe Gomez would be a very solid addition for West Ham, what with his outstanding quality and versatility.
