West Ham United are allegedly readying a £22 million bid for Alex Scott, but Bristol City want more money.
According to a report from the Daily Mail, Alex Scott is firmly on the radar of West Ham and the East London outfit are lining up a concrete offer for the talented teenager.

Scott would be an incredibly exciting addition to the ranks of Hammers boss David Moyes.
And it seems as though the East Londoners are ready to move in with an official offer for the talented teen…
West Ham prepare £22m bid for Alex Scott but need £3m more to sign him
The Daily Mail reckon that the Hammers are lining up a bid for the 19-year-old – one that falls £3 million short of the Robins’ £25 million valuation.
I think he’ll be more than worth what Bristol City are demanding and the West Ham owners should just cough up the money.
I would absolutely love to see the English teenager at the London Stadium – what a player he is, and let’s not forget, his age means that he still has many more levels to reach.
Total Football Analysis have labelled Scott as ‘incredible’.

He has also been described as an excellent player by Bristol City’s official website.
He’s a central midfielder by trade but can operate further forward in the number 10 position or even out on the right wing if need be.
Scott bagged four goals and two assists in 38 Championship games for Bristol City in the 2021/22 season and this term, he has one goal and five assists to his name (Transfermarkt).
For just £25 million, I think that Alex Scott would be an absolute bargain for West Ham. And I just hope that we don’t miss out on him purely because of a couple of million.
