Meanwhile, West Ham continue to sit on and watch from the sidelines.

The Nigeria international stands at 6ft 7in tall, and given the emphasis that Moyes places on set-pieces, it’s hardly a surprise that we have been linked with a move to sign the striker in the past.
It seems as though Everton and Southampton are the first clubs to make concrete moves for his signature though…
Everton and Southampton eye deadline day move to sign long-term West Ham transfer target
Foot Mercato claim that the Toffees and the Saints are ready to make £17 million bids for the Genk hitman.
I believe that for that kind of fee, he will be a decent acquisition for whichever club wins the race for his signature.
He certainly presents a unique problem, with his 6ft 7in frame, and I wouldn’t have minded seeing him at West Ham.

The Genk hitman was on fire last season racking up 21 goals. He has a fairly impressive career record as well with 164 goals in 329 appearances to his name (Transfermarkt).
He has 17 goals in 22 games to his name this season as well.
Onuachu is clearly dominant in the Belgian league. Whether he has what it takes to make a difference in the Premier League remains to be seen.
Everton and Southampton appear to be eyeing up a move to bring him to England on transfer deadline day. So we should soon see whether he is good enough for Premier League football.
