West Ham United allegedly could make a move to sign talented Benfica striker Goncalo Ramos this summer.
That’s according to a report from 90Min who claim that a whole host of clubs are tracking the Portuguese ace, including the Hammers.

West Ham manager David Moyes has already signed a top-class striker in the form of Gianluca Scamacca this summer.
It could be argued that the Scot still needs to bolster his attacking ranks even further still though.

And it seems as though that is exactly what Moyes has in mind…
West Ham eyeing Goncalo Ramos swoop
90Min reckon that the Hammers are battling the likes of Everton and Newcastle for the talented 21-year-old’s signature this summer.
Ramos would be a very impressive addition for West Ham in our view.
90Min reckon that the young forward could be available for around £30 million this summer – excellent value in this day and age.
Ramos bagged seven goals and two assists in 29 league games for Benfica last season (Transfermarkt). He played just 1607 minutes during those appearances though – an average of 55 minutes per game.
So that was a fairly healthy return.

The 21-year-old is very strong and possesses impressive pace. He clearly knows where the back of the net is as well.
There may be some concerns that he’s too inexperienced to make the move to the Premier League yet. If the Hammers are going to sign the next up and coming stars though, we need to take risks.
And we’d be more than happy if David Moyes brings Goncalo Ramos to West Ham this summer.
He’d certainly provide strong competition and cover for Michail Antonio and Gianluca Scamacca.
