Cardiff City are set for a meeting with West Ham next week about the possibility of signing talented youngster Aji Alese on loan.
That’s according to a report from Wales Online who claim that the Championship side are keen admirers of Hammers youngster Alese.
In other news…Report: West Ham have offer on the table for ‘incredible’ Englishman
The 21-year-old centre-back has really impressed for West Ham’s under-23 team this season.
Alese is a truly incredible talent. Standing at 6ft 3in tall, the West Ham starlet seems to be perfectly built for the physically intense nature of top level football.

Alese hasn’t put a foot wrong at youth level for West Ham and next season could be a huge one for him as he looks to make a step up to the next level at the London Stadium.
Perhaps he might gain experience at senior level elsewhere though…
West Ham starlet Aji Alese a target for Cardiff
Wales Online reckon that the Welsh club’s officials are set for a meeting with Hammers bigwigs next week about signing Alese on loan next season.
Cardiff have allegedly identified the 21-year-old left-footed centre-back as one of their prime summer transfer targets.
A loan move away from the London Stadium may well be the best thing for Alese next season.

David Moyes has four senior centre-backs at his disposal in the form of Kurt Zouma, Craig Dawson, Angelo Ogbonna and Issa Diop.
The Scot is believed to be chasing the signing of another top-class central defender as well. So it is highly unlikely that Aji Alese will break into the West Ham first-team next term, as good as he undoubtedly is.
Playing regular football will be crucial for the 21-year-old next season. Another season with the under-23s will do him no good whatsoever. And sitting on the bench for the West Ham senior team could hinder his development as well.
Aji Alese joining Cardiff City from West Ham on a season-long loan will surely be the perfect outcome for all parties this summer.
