The third bid – which is being pushed by Kennedy’s fellow Scot Moyes – is said to be worth over £1m.
The Gers’ prospect is highly rated in Scotland and West Ham appear to be extremely keen on the player.
Well now it appears the player is keen on West Ham too.
That’s after Kennedy spoke out about the interest from the Hammers, admitting he is flattered.

“It is extremely flattering that West Ham have made an offer for me and it would be a great opportunity to be able to work with a top manager such as David Moyes,” Kennedy told Football Insider.
“But I am a Rangers player until I am told otherwise.”
So Kennedy could be on a collision course with the Liverpool legend for speaking out and welcoming West Ham’s interest.
Agent chimes in as West Ham await response to latest offer
Not only that but his agent, Paul Tait, also publicly commented on the situation confirmed West Ham’s bid.
“West Ham are very keen on Kai and they have shown that in their offers to Rangers,” Tait told Football Insider.
“There are a lot of clubs interested in Kai and we will have to wait and see what Rangers decide to do with him.”
