The 23-year-old has never really kicked on at the London Stadium since joining the Hammers from Everton in 2017.
Much was expected of the speedy winger when he swapped Merseyside for East London four years ago.
He suffered a serious hamstring injury whilst on loan with Oxford in 2020.

That undoubtedly set him back. At 23, however, it really is now or never for Holland.
