The 23-year-old has never really kicked on at the London Stadium since joining the Hammers from Everton in 2017.
Much was expected of the speedy winger when he swapped Merseyside for East London four years ago.
He suffered a serious hamstring injury whilst on loan with Oxford in 2020.
That undoubtedly set him back. At 23, however, it really is now or never for Holland.

The Hammers insider has suggested that the loan will be reviewed in January and it could turn into a permanent deal.
If Holland doesn’t leave West Ham for a fee in. January he will be out of contract in the summer.

It’s harsh, but we really can’t see any kind of future for the former Everton man in East London.
He quite simply hasn’t done enough to prove his worth with the Hammers. So it will be a bonus if West Ham manage to get any kind of fee for him in January.
