The 24-year-old joined the Hammers from Vitoria Guimaraes in 2018 for around €4 million (£3.4 million) according to talkSPORT.

Silva has really disappointed at the London Stadium, however, and unfortunately he has never lived up to the hype in a West Ham shirt.

The Portuguese forward has played just two senior games for the East London outfit.

West Ham to sell Xande Silva?

The Athletic claims that the 24-year-old could be on his way out of the London Stadium this summer.

The Hammers are allegedly ready to listen to offers for the striker with the 24-year-old keen to pursue a new challenge with more guarantees of regular first-team action.

He has just one year remaining on his current deal with West Ham.

If we could sell Silva for a couple of million or so it would actually be a real bonus considering how little he has contributed to the first-team over the past three years.

Getting a few bodies through the door between now and the start of the new Premier League campaign will be key for David Moyes.

Moving on some more of the deadwood will be nearly as important for the Scot, however.
