'Let him go I beg': Some West Ham fans are desperate for David Moyes to sell Issa Diop in January

West Ham ace Issa Diop is a January transfer target for AC Milan according to a report from French media outlet Foot Mercato.

And some Hammers fans have taken to Twitter in reaction to the speculation.

David Moyes currently has somewhat of a central defensive injury crisis on his hands at the London Stadium.

Angelo Ogbonna is out for the season whilst Kurt Zouma will not return to action for at least another four weeks or so.

Issa Diop has been filling in alongside Craig Dawson.

The 24-year-old possesses all of the attributes needed to be a top-class Premier League centre-back but he just isn’t consistent enough.

Diop’s decision making leaves a lot to be desired and his positioning is less than impressive most of the time.

The former Toulouse defender hasn’t really progressed since moving to the London Stadium back in 2018.
