West Ham United have now made an enquiry for Southampton midfielder Mario Lemina according to well-renowned football journalist Nicolo Schira.

Hammers boss David Moyes will be desperate to bolster his central midfield ranks at the London Stadium this summer.

The Guardian claims that West Ham boss Moyes is eyeing up a summer swoop for Southampton midfielder Mario Lemina in order to bolster his central midfield department.
The 27-year-old could be available for just £7 million as well (The Guardian).

The Hammers are hot on the heels of the midfielder who is currently on loan at Fulham.

That’s according to Nicolo Schira who claims West Ham have asked for info about the 18-capped Gabon international:
West Ham fans will be well aware of Schira’s credibility.
The Italian journalist famously broke the new of Sebastien Haller’s switch to the London Stadium just under two years ago.
Lemina for £7 million would be an absolute bargain for West Ham.

The Southampton ace is a top class midfielder. He has great technical ability and doesn’t mind doing the unfashionable jobs either.
