Hammers boss David Moyes will undoubtedly be prioritising the addition of at least one top class centre-forward this summer.

Michail Antonio is the only recognised senior striker who Moyes currently has at his disposal at the London Stadium.

That clearly needs to change in the summer.

One of the names to have been linked with a move to West Ham is Brentford hitman Ivan Toney (Eurosport).

West Ham make Ivan Toney contact

The Hammers have already made their move according to Claret and Hugh by contacting the 25-year-old’s representatives.

Toney would be a sensational addition for West Ham.

He has been absolutely on fire this season for Brentford with 29 goals and 10 assists in 43 league games to his name so far (Transfermarkt).

Toney is at a great age to make the jump up from the Championship to the Premier League.

He is a great finisher and is very mobile. The 25-year-old actually has everything that the Hammers are looking for in a striker.

Football.London claims that the prolific forward could cost around £33 million in the summer.
