Italian ITK reporter makes huge claim that Filip Kostic could now sign for West Ham by Wednesday on one condition

Italian ITK reporter Alfredo Pedulla has made a huge claim that Filip Kostic could now sign for West Ham by Wednesday on one condition.

West Ham have been heavily linked with a move for Serbian assist king Kostic (Sky Sports).

The left-sided Eintracht Frankfurt star, who shone against West Ham in last season’s Europa League, shares the same agent as £35m Hammers signing Gianluca Scamacca.

And West Ham were hoping a meeting between the player – who is out of contract next summer – and his agent Alessandro Lucci in Frankfurt on Friday would bring positive news for David Moyes this weekend.

West Ham’s plans looked to have taken a big hit, though, with the likes of Claret and Hugh claiming Kostic has turned down a move to the London Stadium.

“It seems we and any other club have missed out,” a West Ham source told Claret and Hugh.

“Kostic is staying where he is until he is a free agent.”

But it seems there may well be hope for Moyes yet.

Pedulla is a highly respected Italian transfer reporter with close links to Kostic’s agent.

Pedulla was right across West Ham’s interest in Scamacca right from the very start earlier this summer.

And the Italian ITK reporter has made a huge claim that Kostic could now sign for West Ham by Wednesday on one condition.

Pedulla claims that Kostic has been offered to both Juventus and Inter Milan.

He states that the Serie A sides have been given between 48-72 hours to make a decision. And if they elect not to sign Kostic then he will join West Ham.

In a further boost for the Hammers Pedulla describes Kostic as an “outsider” for a move to Juve or Inter, stating an agreement is already in place with West Ham.

“Filip Kostic has an agreement with West Ham, he hasn’t signed yet, he may do so by Wednesday,” Pedulla states on his own website.

“All this because in the last few hours the winger expiring with Eintracht has been re-proposed to Juve and Inter.

“Juve will think about it again, Inter are colder today.

“In any case, 48-72 (hours) will not pass, in case of negative Italian answers, Kostic will sign for West Ham.”

Pedulla also took to Twitter to relay the news to his near 300,000 followers, adding: “Kostic proposed again at Juve (who thinks about it) and at Inter (colder today).

“The wait in both cases will last 48-72 hours, otherwise the outsider will sign for West Ham.”

We live in hope.

Come on you Irons.
