And if he does that, West Ham will surely have a free run at Stuttgart ace Borna Sosa.
The Hammers and Manchester City want to sign Sosa this summer according to Croatian outlet Index.
He’s available for around £17 million according to Index.

With City thought to be chasing Tierney now instead though, it should be full steam ahead for West Ham in the chase for the Croatia international’s signature.
The 25-year-old Gunners ace could cost around £50 million according to Eurosport. So if Man City sign the Scot, they definitely won’t be going for Borna Sosa.
Manchester City signing Kieran Tierney would be great news for West Ham
Pep Guardiola is keen to bring the 25-year-old left-back to the Etihad according to a report from The Telegraph.
Tierney has been described as a ‘stunning’ defender by The Express. So it’s no surprise that Man City might want to sign him.
We think that Kieran Tierney would be a huge hit with Manchester City. And if the Arsenal ace moving to the Etihad helps West Ham sign Borna Sosa, then we’re all for it!

We’d love to see the Croatian at the London Stadium this summer.
The 24-year-old is a top-class left-back and can also operate as a left wing-back. He is incredibly quick. In fact, he recently told the Bundesliga’s official website that he has been the fastest player in every single team he has ever played for:
“As far as I can remember, my strengths have always been my speed and a good left foot. Not just crosses but in general. Passing, shooting, free kicks, corners, et cetera. Regardless of which team I played in, I was the fastest in testing. This is also the case here in Stuttgart. So I would single out these things as my strengths.”
In 28 Bundesliga outings last season, Sosa bagged one goal and eight assists. During those appearances, the 24-year-old averaged 0.8 tackles, 0.9 interceptions and 2 clearances per game (Who Scored).
He possesses a wicked delivery as well. Breaking The Lines describe his crossing ability as ‘world-class’.
The Stuttgart ace has bags of energy and is just as much of a weapon in the final third as he is defensively.
Signing Borna Sosa for just £17 million would be sensational business for West Ham this summer.
And Manchester City prising Kieran Tierney away from Arsenal may well help us out in the race for the Croatian left-back.
