David Ornstein has delivered a huge Conor Gallagher update for West Ham and Newcastle after a firm Chelsea decision.
Yesterday talkSPORT reporter Alex Crook claimed that Hammers boss David Moyes is again keen to take 22-year-old midfield ace Gallagher from Chelsea.
But West Ham were just one of a host of clubs interested including Newcastle United.
West Ham and Newcastle were encouraged on deadline day morning when Sky Sports claimed the impending mega money deal for Chelsea to sign Enzo Fernandez would see Gallagher leave Stamford Bridge.

With Newcastle selling Jonjo Shelvey to Nottingham Forest, Magpies boss Eddie Howe has made no secret of his desire to sign a new central midfielder.
And West Ham have long been admirers of Gallagher after trying to sign him in the summer when Mark Noble retired.
Now journalist Ornstein has delivered a huge Gallagher update for West Ham and Newcastle after a Chelsea decision.
Speaking on Twitter, Ornstein revealed Chelsea have decided they do not want Gallagher to go out on another loan after spells at Crystal Palace and West Brom.
And barring a late twist, the West Ham and Newcastle linked midfielder will be staying put at Chelsea until the summer at least.

“Conor Gallagher staying at Chelsea,” Ornstein said on Twitter.
“Chelsea don’t want another loan and permanent offers well below valuation.
“Barring late twist, 22-year-old midfielder will be at Stamford Bridge until at least summer and important part of youth movement.”
Gallagher would be a game changer for West Ham or Newcastle.
It is understandable that Chelsea may not want to do business with Newcastle given they are now a direct rival for league position.
But it was thought Chelsea may be keen to get around a table with West Ham with a view to a potential Declan Rice conversation in the summer.
West Ham and Newcastle were no doubt watching the Chelsea move for Fernandez like hawks in the hope it would unlock their chance to sign Gallagher as per the Sky Sports claim.
But it now seems even if the Blues get that deal done, Gallagher will remain at Chelsea until the summer.
Especially as it now looks as though midfielder Jorginho could be moving to league leaders Arsenal.
