David Moyes is reportedly now willing to sell West Ham United striker Danny Ings in the January transfer window.
Danny Ings joined West Ham from Aston Villa for around £15 million in January this year (Sky Sports), but David Moyes clearly made a huge mistake by signing him.

The 31-year-old Hammers hitman is painfully ill-suited to Moyes system and as things stand, he will surely go down as one of the worst signings in our history.
Ings has scored just three goals in 37 games in all competitions for West Ham so far (Transfermarkt) – a paltry return for a striker who has always scored regularly.
It is so obvious to see that the former Villa, Southampton, Liverpool and Burnley forward will always struggle to succeed in Moyes’s system.
And now the Scot has apparently made a definitive decision on the 31-year-old’s London Stadium future…

Danny Ings could be set for West Ham exit
Football Insider are claiming that Moyes is now ready to sell the player he brought to the Hammers only 11 months ago.
It’s really no surprise is it – Ings has been awful for West Ham, and he is clearly finished at Premier League level in my opinion.
The 31-year-old, who was described by Moyes earlier this year as ‘as good as it gets’ (Sky Sports), has experienced quite the fall from grace over the past year or so.
I’m sure he’ll still be able to forge a decent career for himself in the Championship, but he really shouldn’t be anywhere near the West Ham squad, let alone the starting XI.
Danny Ings has failed to produce the goods for West Ham, but the most annoying thing about him has been his lack of effort. He was also the first player down the tunnel away at Brentford a few weeks back.
He’s not a proper West Ham player, and he never will be. That might sound harsh but it’s the truth unfortunately. The sooner he’s moved on the better for all concerned.
