90 Min reckon that the Eagles are making a strong push to sign Ekitike before tonight’s 11pm deadline.

Former Reims manager Oscar Garcia described the young forward as a ‘very special’ player (Ligue 1’s official website), and he’s absolutely spot on. Give Me Sport have labelled him as ‘outstanding’ as well.

Unfortunately for West Ham though, it seems like Crystal Palace are in pole position to sign Ekitike on transfer deadline day.
