West Ham United boss David Moyes has absolutely slaughtered the Premier League after their recent official announcement.
The Premier League continues to evolve, but West Ham manager David Moyes isn’t happy one little bit with a specific change that the powers that be have made.

The Hammers have made a decent start domestically this season, and we have a fairly winnable batch of games ahead of us, leading up until December.
The matches then come thick and fast and increase in difficultly, with games against Tottenham, Manchester United and Arsenal to come in a three-week period from December 7th.
Our final game before Christmas is on December 23rd, at home to Manchester United.
And for only the second time in the Premier League’s history, there will be a match played on Christmas Eve, with Chelsea heading to Molineux to take on Wolves.
Fans and pundits alike are fuming about the decision to play a game then, and it seems as though Moyes really isn’t happy about it either…

David Moyes absolutely slaughters Premier League after official announcement
The Hammers boss addressed the media during his pre-match press conference yesterday afternoon.
And Moyes responded when asked to share his opinion on the Christmas Eve fixture being played this season, as quoted by WHUFC.com:
“I’m pretty disappointed to hear there will be a game [between Wolves and Chelsea] on Christmas Eve. I think there’s a culture here where there are days where we put [football] aside. Players, coaching staffs get very little time with their families and very little opportunity to be together because of the work schedule we’ve got, and this is another one of those moments that I’d be against it because it’s one of the times in the year when people do get the chance to be together. It’s only a short period too because we’ve already got an incredibly busy Christmas and New Year schedule. I find it quite strange.”
It’s a fair point from the Hammers chief – footballers and managers don’t get much time off with their families over Christmas as it is.
And as David Moyes so rightly said, scheduling a fixture on Christmas Eve really is scandalous from the Premier League.
What really baffles me though is that they haven’t even bothered to make the game a local derby. Is there any thought for the fans when these decisions are made? Of course there isn’t.
I really do feel for the Wolves and Chelsea managers, staff and players, and most importantly, the fans.
