West Ham starting lineup vs Freiburg confirmed as David Moyes names his XI for the Europa League last-16 tie.
David Moyes has named his West Ham starting XI for tonight’s Europa League clash with Freiburg, and his lineup will not be a shock to anyone.
The Hammers have been in some decent form recently, having won our last two Premier League games, whilst Freiburg are one a poor run in the Bundesliga, although they did earn a respectable point against German giants Bayern Munich last time out.
The West Ham players will surely be very confident that they can get the victory tonight – they’ve beaten the Bundesliga side twice already this season after all!
It will definitely not be an easy game for us, with the raucous Freiburg home support getting behind their players. I think we have what it takes to get the job done though…

Moyes has made one change from our 3-1 Premier League win over Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday.

The main thing for the boys tonight will be to keep the home crowd quiet for the first 20 minutes, and don’t allow them to get too involved in the game.
We have the players needed to really hurt Freiburg, and if we go there tonight with the intent to win, I really can’t see us losing the game.
A draw would be a decent result for us tonight, but I really fancy us to pick up a win. The West Ham starting XI named by David Moyes is certainly a strong one and I think this lineup has what it takes to get the job done. COYI X
