The Hammers players need to be on their very best form for the entire 90 minutes tonight. They need to start the game on the front foot and take the game to the Dutch side.
If West Ham play with Premier League speed, intensity and aggression, I have no doubts that AZ Alkmaar will not be able to live with us.
