West Ham could sell Said Benrahma this summer but only if we recoup somewhere near the £25 million that we paid for him.
That’s according to Give Me Sport who sat down and spoke with talkSPORT journalist Alex Crook about Benrahma’s future at the London Stadium.

The 26-year-old joined the Hammers originally on a season-long loan from Brentford in October 2020 before David Moyes made his move a permanent one just three months later.
Was it Moyes or the West Ham board who signed off on the transfer though?
The Scot has regularly criticised the winger and rarely praises him.
Perhaps that is because he wasn’t the West Ham manager’s signing but the board’s instead?
West Ham could sell Benrahma
Give Me Sport sat down and spoke with talkSPORT journalist Alex Crook about Benrahma’s future at the London Stadium and it seems as though he could be moved on this summer:
“He’s been more of an impact sub under David Moyes. He started the season quite well, but like West Ham, he tailed off in the second half of the campaign. I’ve never felt like David Moyes has been completely convinced by him, I think it was more of a board signing than a Moyes signing.”
Benrahma was once described as a ‘magician’ by the Shields Gazzette.
However, the Algeria international has often flattered to deceive for the East London outfit.
He has bagged 12 goals and 13 assists in 79 games for West Ham (Transfermarkt) but regularly seems to be playing with one hand tied behind his back.
David Moyes has handled the Algerian poorly in my opinion over the past 18 months. It is clear to see that Moyes doesn’t fancy the former Brentford man. He is always the first one to get hooked by the Scot.
Moyes has consistently taken the hardline approach when speaking about Benrahma during his post-match press conferences.
The West Ham boss has continually questioned Benrahma’s decision making and ball retention throughout the season (Football.London).
As a result, the Algerian has looked petrified to try the things he is on the pitch to do, i.e, beat opposing defenders and drive towards goal.
And with the news that West Ham could sell Benrahma this summer, it kind of feels like the 26-year-old’s exit from the London Stadium is a transfer waiting to happen.
