West Ham coach fires warning to star Mohammed Kudus about his place in the team and it will leave many fans frustrated.
The £38m signing of Mohammed Kudus from Ajax has created a real buzz around West Ham.
But David Moyes has been true to form with his handling of the Ghana star since he became a Hammers player last month.
The Scot is known to drip-feed new players, particularly those coming in from abroad.
Kudus was on fire for Ajax and Ghana before joining West Ham.
And many Hammers fans wanted to see him continue that momentum in the claret and blue.

West Ham coach fires warning to star Mohammed Kudus about his place in the team and it will leave many fans frustrated
Kudus got one minute on the pitch for his debut against Luton and has since had cameos against Man City and Liverpool in the Premier League.
But he started West Ham’s first European game of the season and bagged two goals – his first being awarded to him by UEFA after the game – in a 3-1 victory.
Kudus started again last night in the Carabao Cup third round win at League One Lincoln.
He came close to scoring and was described by BBC 5 Live Extra commentators as the ‘best player on the pitch’.
But it seems the wait will go on before Kudus becomes a fixture in the side if comments from Moyes’ assistant Billy McKinlay are anything to go by.
The West Ham coach has fired a warning to star Kudus about his place in the team and it will leave many fans frustrated.
The Scot says Kudus will be a fantastic player for West Ham in time. But for now people should lower their expectations and allow Moyes to continue drip-feeding him into the team.

‘We just have to be mindful and patient’
“Mohammed Kudus has settled in at the Club really well and we can see there is a talented footballer there who cares about his football and wants to come in and contribute,” McKinlay told West Ham’s official site after the Lincoln win.
“I think we maybe just have to be mindful of the fact it is a really tough league, the Premier League, and it’s really difficult to come in and set it alight.
“We have to be patient with him, but we certainly think he’s going to be a good player for us.”
Kudus’ participation in the Lincoln game as a starter suggests Moyes will once again keep him on the bench when West Ham welcome Sheffield United to the London Stadium on Saturday.
Given he is going to be away at AFCON for five games mid-season, fans are understandably keen to see the Black Stars hero unleashed.
Cynical West Ham fans would suggest Moyes is wary of putting noses out of joint to shoe-horn Kudus into the side.
