West Ham ace Mohammed Kudus makes a scary promise

West Ham United star Mohammed Kudus has just made an incredibly scary statement.

Mohammed Kudus joined West Ham from Ajax in the summer transfer window for around £38 million (Sky Sports), and he has received plenty of praise already from David Moyes and his teammates alike.

The 23-year-old has been sensational for the Hammers and bagged his sixth goal of the season yesterday against Crystal Palace.

It was another poor performance in general for West Ham, but Kudus stood out as one of the few shining lights on a super dull afternoon at the London Stadium.

The Ghanaian constantly tried to make things happen. He has impressive pace, incredibly tight ball control and is clearly a very good finisher indeed.

Kudus already looks like the total package, but he’s just made a statement that should get the Hammers fans seriously excited…

Scary Mohammed Kudus promise

The former Ajax star spoke to reporters after yesterday’s frustrating 1-1 draw against the Eagles at the London Stadium.

And Kudus made the bold declaration that he will get even better for West Ham, as quoted by the Evening Standard:

“The best is yet to come’. I think I still have more to show. But credit to all the team, the staff, the player care. Everyone around the club has really helped me to settle in so credit to all the people around me, and myself also for putting in the effort.”

I genuinely think Kudus should be racking up 20 combined goals and assists at the very least, season in, season out for the Hammers.

He’s the kind of player who should be scoring no less than 12-15 goals per season, and there’s no reason why he cant add 5-10 assists to the mix as well.

Mohammed Kudus is an exceptional talent, and we should all feel very lucky indeed that we have him at West Ham United.

The fact that he reckons the best is still yet to come is incredibly exciting for us to hear, but at the same time it’s a scary thought for our opponents.

I still believe we need to be patient with Kudus but I’m certain that he’ll go on to become an elite player at the London Stadium.
