Vladimir Coufal has made a bold claim about the West Ham United playing style during an explosive interview.
West Ham United have been in really poor form so far this season and are currently embroiled in a real fight to retain our Premier League status.

West Ham right-back Vladimir Coufal is one player who has regressed badly from last season although to be fair to him, he has improved recently.
The same can be said of many of our best performers from last season, as well as the new signings.
David Moyes has been found out as well, with his refusal to mix things up and failure to usher in a modern playing style at the London Stadium.
And one of Moyes’s own players has come out in criticism of the Hammers playing style…
Vladimir Coufal makes bold claim about West Ham United playing style
The 30-year-old Hammers defender has been in and out of the team this season. In fairness to him, he has actually been one of the better performers, especially over the past couple of months.
It is West Ham’s tired playing style that has cost us though, and has been sussed by our opponents.
Coufal highlighted that, when speaking to Sport.cz:
“None, I can’t understand it. Maybe the summer transfer window didn’t suit us, when a lot of new players arrived and we needed time. We had a certain style that now has to be dug up and probably everything hasn’t fit yet. But I’m definitely not saying that it’s only the newcomers’ fault. In addition, we stopped scoring goals, we conceded a lot simply, after our own mistakes.”
That is absolutely spot on from the Czech Republic international.
West Ham have become so easy to play against because of how predictable we are, and the comments form Vladimir Coufal should be a real wake up call for David Moyes.
The Hammers face Southampton after the international break, and if Moyes doesn’t roll out something different, we could be in real trouble.
