Mohammed Kudus watched back his goal for West Ham United against Arsenal, and his reaction was brilliant to see.

West Ham beat Arsenal 3-1 in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night, and Mohammed Kudus stood out as one of our best players on the night.

Hammers boss David Moyes was clearly delighted with the 23-year-old’s display, and the Scot absolutely raved about him after the game.

Kudus joined West Ham from Dutch giants Ajax in the summer transfer window for around £38 million (Sky Sports).

He has already established himself as a hugely important player for the Hammers, with four goals to his names so far.

And his strike against Arsenal on Wednesday night was the pick of the bunch…

The Ghana international brought down Nayef Aguerd’s superb 40-yard pass inside the Gunners’ box brilliantly, before smashing the ball home with his second touch.

And Kudus was captured after the match watching back his superb strike, via West Ham’s official Twitter account:

That really is great to see. We all love Mo – he is an exceptional footballer and clearly a top bloke as well.

He has just started to find his feet for the Hammers, and I think he’ll go on to be a huge star in the Premier League, and world football on the whole.

The 23-year-old has already thrilled the West Ham fans with his pace, power and outstanding technical ability. He can play anywhere along the front-line and even in midfield as well. £38 million for the Ghanaian will end up looking like an unbelievable steal for the Hammers.

Mohammed Kudus showcased his quality for West Ham against Arsenal on Wednesday night, and there is definitely plenty more where that came from. Exciting times indeed for the Hammers fans.
