A top source inside West Ham has delivered a 9-word update on the Jarrod Bowen deal situation after exciting claims.
West Ham hero Jarrod Bowen is out of contract in 2025 and has been in talks for over 12 months regarding a new Hammers deal.
So fresh links to Liverpool of late have been of grave concern to everyone connected with West Ham.
And they’re not the only ones who have been linked with West Ham’s top scorer as Newcastle and Arsenal also lurk in the background if reports are to be believed.
It was reported last month that there is confidence West Ham and the player are close to reaching an agreement.

Since then, though, there have been numerous claims of contract impasses and demands over ridiculously low release clauses from Bowen’s representatives.
Just this weekend a West Ham board source highlighted worrying links between Bowen’s agents PLG and Liverpool.
But somewhat out of the blue last night came the news all West Ham fans have been desperate to hear.
In an exclusive, Fabrizio Romano claimed Bowen has agreed a new long-term deal with West Ham.
“It’s all done, one more excellent news for the West Ham winger after England NT call,” Romano said.
“Bowen wanted to stay as key part of the project. Jarrod said yes to final proposal.”

But things are not officially ‘done’ just yet as Romano has stated.

“But moving in the right direction.”
So there you have it West Ham fans, fantastic news is hopefully on the horizon.
Bowen has really stepped up as a leader and talisman for the Hammers – especially since Declan Rice’s departure.
Incredibly Bowen has only missed two of West Ham’s 132 Premier League games since signing for the club in a bargain £20m deal.
If he does sign a new long-term deal he will be well on the way to legend status.
