“Bowen wanted to stay as key part of the project. Jarrod said yes to final proposal.”

And it seems there will indeed be great news just around the corner from West Ham.
But things are not officially ‘done’ just yet as Romano has stated.

So there you have it West Ham fans, fantastic news is hopefully on the horizon.
Bowen has really stepped up as a leader and talisman for the Hammers – especially since Declan Rice’s departure.
Incredibly Bowen has only missed two of West Ham’s 132 Premier League games since signing for the club in a bargain £20m deal.
If he does sign a new long-term deal he will be well on the way to legend status.
