West Ham United need to offer £5 million more if we are to sign Edson Alvarez this summer.
According to Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg, West Ham have offered £30 million for Edson Alvarez but Ajax are holding out for £35 million in the summer transfer window.

So, Sky Germany journalist Florian Plettenberg says that a deal to bring Alvarez to the London Stadium is edging ever closer.
It seems as though just £5 million now separates the two clubs regarding their respective valuations of the 25-year-old:
I think that West Ham just have to pay Ajax what they want for Edson Alvarez.
There is a danger that if we don’t, someone like Chelsea could come in and hijack our move to sign him.
Moyes desperately needs Alvarez at the London Stadium.
And an extra £5 million really shouldn’t stop us from signing the Ajax star this summer.
