The West Ham United owners are hugely concerned about the current goings on at West Ham it seems, and David Sullivan seemingly isn’t happy one little bit with David Moyes right now.

West Ham owner David Sullivan was apparently displeased with the comments from David Moyes on Saturday, when the Scot arrogantly told the media that he’s the most winningest Hammers manager of all-time.

We have been playing some absolutely abysmal stuff since the turn of the year, with the performances against Brighton, Sheffield United, Bournemouth and Arsenal being particularly bad.

All the while, Moyes acts like he’s bulletproof. The truth of the matter is quite clearly that he is in fact not, and he has to turn around the run of poor recent results, as well as the gutless displays we’ve seen from his players.

The Scot has a real task on his hands, if he is to do just that. The Hammers have obviously missed Lucas Paqueta but our problems run so much deeper than just the absence of the Brazilian star.

It seems like the pressure is really cranking up on the West Ham manager now…

What David Sullivan really thinks about Moyes ball

It seems as though the Hammers co-owner has been seriously unimpressed by the standard of football being served up by Moyes in recent weeks.

Sean Whetstone, an insider with close connections to David Sullivan, has claimed that the owners believe that West Ham have been playing like a bottom three side in recent weeks:

I’ve got bad news for the owners – the football has been like this all season long – it’s just that a lot of luck and three elite players have papered over the cracks.

The football deployed by Moyes is archaic and it belongs in a bygone era. There is absolutely no place for it in the modern day as far as I’m concerned.

The thing is, the Scot has some exceptional players at his disposal now – there is absolutely no excuse not to implement a more possession-based, front foot playing style.

David Sullivan will surely run out of patience with David Moyes sooner rather than later. I want to see us playing better football as well as picking up more wins, and it seems as though the West Ham owner is in the same boat.
