West Ham United are reportedly leading the race to sign Bournemouth left-back Jordan Zemura  in the summer transfer window.

That’s according to a report from 90 Min who claim that West Ham could face competition from Newcastle, Leeds and Aston Villa for the 23-year-old Bournemouth ace this summer.

Hammers manager David Moyes will be very keen indeed to bolster his left-back ranks at the London Stadium at the end of the season.

Emerson Palmieri is starting to look like a really strong addition but he will be 29 before the start of next season, and Aaron Cresswell has regressed badly over the past year.

It seems as though Moyes has a really exciting signing lined up for us…

West Ham eyeing Jordan Zemura summer transfer window swoop

The 23-year-old Cherries left-back is on the Hammers’ radar ahead of the summer according to a report from 90 Min.

I think that the six-capped Zimbabwe international would be a truly brilliant signing for West Ham.

Bournemouth’s official website recently labelled Zemura as an ‘excellent’ player.

The Zimbabwean is an energetic, enthusiastic and pacy full-back.

He’s a very good defender but is a real threat going forward as well and possesses an exceptional delivery into the box.

In 19 Premier League outings this season, Zemura has averaged 2.1 tackles. 0.9 interceptions and 1.4 clearances per game (Who Scored).

He has absolutely everything that a modern day Premier League full-back should possess.

Jordan Zemura could very well be the future for the Hammers.

And West Ham signing him for absolutely nothing in the summer transfer window should be a no-brainer for David Moyes in my eyes.
