A report claims David Moyes is on his way out of West Ham this summer regardless of what happens so maybe the ‘toxic’ rumours are true.
David Moyes has found himself under intense pressure with a growing section of West Ham fans calling for his head for some time now.
This week the Scot was was the centre of shocking claims that emerged from a first team whistleblower.
The claims essentially stated the players and staff have had enough of Moyes and that there is a toxic atmosphere at West Ham.
A report from The Daily Mail claimed Moyes and his staff fear they will be sacked if West Ham lose to Southampton this weekend.
But a senior West Ham board source has insisted there is no truth to the claim Moyes will be sacked if the Hammers fail against the Saints.

Report: David Moyes is on his way out of West Ham this summer regardless of what happens so maybe ‘toxic’ rumours are true
Now a new report claims Moyes is on his way out of West Ham this summer regardless of what happens so maybe the ‘toxic’ rumours are true.
The site 90min claims West Ham and Moyes ‘are likely to part company in the summer regardless of whether or not the club retains their Premier League status’.
“Sources have told 90min that the backing of Moyes is highly unlikely to extend beyond the end of the season, and that he’ll be replaced in the dugout regardless of whether or not the club remain a Premier League outfit,” the report states.
If the report is accurate then perhaps the allegations from the first team whistleblower are true.

Given the scenario which could play out, it can be the only legitimate explanation
Because if they were not true and Moyes manages to keep West Ham up – and perhaps even win a first trophy for 43 years – then what legitimate reason would there be to sack him?
Yes the style of play has been questioned as have Moyes’ transfer dealings.
But the report claims a parting of the ways is looming “regardless”.
So that means there could be a scenario where West Ham bid farewell to a manager who has won two relegation battles either side of sixth and seventh placed finishes, got the Hammers to a European semi-final and delivered a first major trophy for over four decades.
Therefore one can only assume there is some truth behind the talk of serious unrest behind the scenes. It can be the only realistic explanation – if of course the latest claim from 90min is accurate.
The likes of Will Still and Michael Carrick have been heavily linked as potential replacements for Moyes at West Ham.
