The official Twitter account of Wycombe Wanderers has absolutely raved about West Ham United owned youngster Freddie Potts.
20-year-old West Ham midfielder Freddie Potts joined League One outfit Wycombe on a season-long loan in the summer transfer window.

The Hammers youngster looks like the real deal, and has already drawn comparisons with ex-West Ham ace Declan Rice.

David Moyes gave him three senior appearances, so the Hammers boss obviously rates the youngster very highly indeed.
A loan spell with Wycombe in League One should do him the world of good, and I’m hoping that he will return to the London Stadium as a much improved and more mature player.
The early signs are very good indeed. He seems to be making serious waves at Adams Park…
Wycombe Wanderers midfielder Freddie Potts on fire
The League one outfit’s official Twitter account has praised the Hammers loanee to the hilt.
Potts bagged a goal and an assist during Wycombe’s 4-1 win over Fleetwood Town yesterday.
Here’s the goal:
And then the Wycombe Wanderers official Twitter account compared Potts to one of their former players:
The fact that Potts has been compared to Eberechi Eze is a huge compliment for him. The Crystal Palace ace scored five goals in 22 games for Wycombe during a loan spell with the club six years ago.
The 25-year-old Englishman has been incredibly impressive since joining Palace three years ago.
And if Potts enjoys a similar trajectory to Eze, we will have a real player on our hands.
He has now bagged two goals and one assist in 14 games for the Chairboys this season (Transfermarkt).
Freddie Potts has been the standout performer for Wycombe this season and I for one cannot wait to see him return to the London Stadium as a top-class midfielder who is ready to fight for a place in the senior side.
