It’s bad news for West Ham United when it comes to Mohammed Kudus it seems.
West Ham star Mohammed Kudus has been in sensational form this season, and has proven to be one of the very best Premier League signings of the summer.
The Hammers are set to lose the 23-year-old to AFCON for at least a month starting from tomorrow onwards, but David Moyes suggested in his press conference yesterday that he was still harbouring hopes of having him available for the Brighton game.
Kudus has bagged nine goals and an assist in 24 games for West Ham so far this term (Who Scored), and he has played a major role in our rise up to sixth in the table.

Losing him for a prolonged period of time will be a major blow for the Hammers, and next month could be really hard work for us without him.
Having him available for the Brighton game on Tuesday would be a major boost for us, but it seems like that won’t be happening…
Mohammed Kudus twist for West Ham is a no-go
Sean Whetstone, a reporter with close links to Hammers co-owner David Sullivan, has claimed that we are unlikely to receive special dispensation from Ghana to keep Kudus around so that he can play against Brighton next week.
Whetstone posted the following message on his X account:
It seems like we won’t have Kudus around for quite some time then.
Obviously I want Ghana to do well for Kudus’s sake, but the best we can hope for as West Ham fans is for his country to get eliminated before the knockout rounds.
The 23-year-old has proven to be absolutely indispensable for us, and having him unavailable for selection for around five weeks will be incredibly hard to deal with.
West Ham star Mohammed Kudus has been a huge hit at the London Stadium, and we will now see just how well we can cope without him.
