An ex West Ham United player reportedly could be set to join one of our London rivals in January.
West Ham manager David Moyes allowed one of his talented young stars to leave the London Stadium in the January transfer window earlier this year.
Pierre Ekwah left the Hammers to link up with Sunderland 11 months ago, and he admitted just a few months ago that he’s a miles better player now due to being given regular action.
The 21-year-old was highly-rated at the London Stadium, so it came as somewhat of a shock when he was sold to the Black Cats.
He has really impressed during his stint at the Stadium of Light, and has played a key role in their rise to sixth place in the Championship table this season.
Now Ekwah is being linked with a January move back to the Premier League…

Ex West Ham man a target for Premier League club in January
According to a report from TEAMtalk, Crystal Palace and Fulham want to sign Pierre Ekwah this winter, with Nottingham Forest monitoring his situation as well.
The 21-year-old is a real talent, and I’m kind of disappointed that we let him go.
If he leaves Sunderland to move to either Palace or Fulham in January, I will be keeping a very close eye on his development.
Former Sunderland boss Tony Mowbray raved about Ekwah when speaking to The Chronicle in May, labelling him as a player with ‘amazing feet’.
The young midfielder has the energy, stamina, technical ability and physical attributes needed to succeed in the Premier League.
It will be such a shame for West Ham if he ends up joining either Crystal Palace or Fulham and goes on to fulfil his true potential.
