West Ham United hero Michail Antonio has posted a video showing what he plans to do with THAT cardboard cutout.
Antonio and West Ham have enjoyed a brilliant start to the season.
The Hammers are top of the fledgling Premier League table after beating Newcastle 4-2 and Leicester 4-1 in the first two games.
Antonio is also leading the way in the early goalscoring charts with three strikes. And he has also chipped in with two assists.
Antonio goes into the Hammers record books by surpassing Di Canio
In the process the loveable powerhouse has cemented his place in the West Ham history books by overtaking Paolo Di Canio to become the club’s leading Premier League goalscorer with 49.
Antonio marked his record-breaking 48th goal by celebrating with a cardboard cutout of himself. The striker lifted the cutout into the London Stadium sky in a hilarious re-enactment of a famous scene from the movie Dirty Dancing.
Now Antonio has filmed himself taking the cardboard cutout home with him in his car.
Striker posts hilarious video on what he has planned for cardboard cutout he famously celebrated with
“Just me myself and I,” Antonio posted on Twitter alongside a video showing the cardboard cutout laid out in his car.
“The boy was sick and tired of laying around in changing rooms. It’s time to come home Baby. It’s time to come home Baby!”
Quite what Antonio’s wife will make of the new home furnishing is another matter.
West Ham’s joker in the pack
West Ham’s smiling assassin is one of the jokers in the Hammers changing room.
Antonio once recorded Marko Arnautovic’s reaction after he had wrapped the fiery Austrian’s £100,000 sports car in Christmas present wrapping paper.
He is also famous for pulling pranks at the training ground, such as jumping out on his teammates with a Halloween mask on.
Sometimes the jokes don’t go to plan, though. West Ham fans will remember when Antonio crashed his Lamborghini in frosty weather one Christmas – while wearing a frosty the snowman fancy dress outfit.
He may be a joker. But Antonio has a serious thirst for goals this season, telling Sky Sports he is aiming to get 20.
