Aaon Wan-Bissaka is being heavily tipped to leave Manchester United to join West Ham United this summer.
Aaon Wan-Bissaka would be a fabulous addition for West Ham, and it was claimed yesterday that a deal to bring him to the London Stadium is inching ever closer.
Signing a new right-back should be right at the very top of Julen Lopetegui‘s wish-list this summer, with an upgrade urgently required on Vladimir Coufal.
Wan-Bissaka would certainly be a big improvement on the Czech Republic international, there’s no question about that.
He’s said to be keen to move back to London this summer as well, so that will surely work in the Hammers’ favour.
Manchester United need to move him on in order to push through their own move to sign Noussair Mazraoui from Bayern Munich.
However, there’s now been some bad news for West Ham, but great news for Man United at the same time…
Man United will be ecstatic as Aaron Wan-Bissaka news emerges for West Ham
If Lopetegui manages to bring the 26-year-old former Crystal Palace man to the London Stadium this summer, we’ll be in great shape heading into the new season.
He would be an unbelievable upgrade on Coufal – something that we desperately need right now.

Wan-Bissaka possesses blistering pace and is one of the very best tacklers in world football.
In my opinion, there aren’t any better defensive right-backs in the Premier League, and Owen Hargreaves once labelled him as ‘unplayable’ (TEAMtalk).
Meanwhile, he’s been described as explosive as well by the Athletic. There is no doubting the fact that the Man United man could be a transformational signing for the Hammers.
However, there’s a very big problem. According to The Sun (print edition August 4th, page 57), Man United still want £15 million for him – £5 million more than West Ham are prepared to offer.
In addition to that, Inter Milan have thrown their hat into the ring in the race for his signature.
That really is a nightmare situation for West Ham, but as the Sun rightly point out, it’s great news for Manchester United as they could get more money for Aaron Wan-Bissaka due to Inter’s interest.
Losing out in the race for the 26-year-old would be a real hammer blow for the Irons.
Let’s hope that his desire to move back to London stands us in good stead.
