Manchester United star Aaron Wan-Bissaka is clearly a transfer target for West Ham United this summer.
It was recently claimed that the Hammers are in advanced talks to sign the Manchester United defender.
And now a new report has shed some light on West Ham United’s interest in Aaron Wan-Bissaka this summer.
Hammers head coach Julen Lopetegui definitely needs to bring in a top-class right-back, if he’s to oversee some genuine progress at the club.
Vladimir Coufal has been a solid and reliable performer for us over the past four years, but he’s not good enough now to be playing for a team with European aspirations in my opinion.
Wan-Bissaka would undoubtedly take is to a whole new level entirely, I don’t think there are any doubts about that.

Sure, he’s not the best going forward, but he’s one of the very best tacklers in world football, and his recovery pace would be crucial to Lopetegui’s desire to implement a high press.
Now it seems like Wan-Bissaka could well be West Ham bound.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka twist means West Ham move must happen
The pacy full-back needs a move away from Old Trafford as far as I’m concerned, in order to breath fire back into his career.
And it seems as though the Hammers could be the club to prise him away from the 20-time English league champions.
According to a report from Give Me Sport, the 26-year-old Man United full-back is a ‘prominent’ option for West Ham this summer.
The Hammers are believed to be chasing Southampton’s Kyle Walker-Peters, but Wan-Bissaka is on our radar as well.
I actually wouldn’t mind either of them, but Wan-Bissaka would be my personal preference.
The 26-year-old would be a truly sensational addition for the Hammers, and he’d be a huge upgrade on Coufal.
Wan-Bissaka possesses blistering pace and is one of the very best tacklers in world football.

In my opinion, there aren’t any better defensive right-backs in the Premier League, and Owen Hargreaves once labelled him as ‘unplayable’ (TEAMtalk).
Meanwhile, he’s been described as explosive as well by the Athletic.
The Mirror claim that Manchester United could demand around £15 million for the right-back – a £35 million loss on what they paid for him five years ago.
The fact that Man United have lowered their asking price for the English right-back is a really big twist, and there’s no excuse for us not to sign him now.
If Aaron Wan-Bissaka really is available for that kind of money, then West Ham shouldn’t think twice about signing him.
