According to Sean Whetstone, a reporter with close links to West Ham owner David Sullivan, Declan Rice has now filmed his announcement video ahead of his his move to Arsenal.

And all that remains his for the Gunners to transfer the first £33.33 million instalment that is due to the Hammers.
