Joe Cole has just absolutely raved about one West Ham United player in particular.
David Moyes has built a fantastic squad at West Ham, but Joe Cole has been particularly impressed by one player.
The Hammers are currently flying high in the Premier League, and we’re safely through to the last 16 of the Europa League as well.
One of the main reasons for our fine form has been the undeniable brilliance of Jarrod Bowen. The 27-year-old has been truly sensational, with 14 goals and five assists in 26 games to his name so far this season (Transfermarkt).
Bowen has reached another level entirely this term, and that’s all down to his hard work and application.
Cole couldn’t speak highly enough of him this afternoon…

Bowen has arguably been our stand-out player this season. It’s a toss up between him, Lucas Paqueta, Mohammed Kudus and Emerson Palmieri in all fairness.
And Cole absolutely raved about the former Hull City ace, when speaking live on TNT Sports today (January 21st, 1:33pm):
“He’s been absolutely brilliant all season. Listen, he is an outstanding footballer for the club. He’s got that quality where he’s in the right place at the right time. He works hard, he’s a great character. He seems to me, you can set your whole culture around him. He’s so important for the club, he’s already a hero.”
Bowen has really announced himself on the world stage this season, and he recently committed his long-term future to the Hammers, so that’s great news for us.
I’m just hoping to see him get even better and add even more goals and assists to his name.
Joe Cole is a huge fan of Jarrod Bowen, and so are the West Ham fans. He will go on to be a club legend, I have no doubt about that.
