Chelsea have plenty of players returning to full fitness. It’s just so typically West Ham that we have to face the Blues at their strongest.

However, it appears as though one key man is set to miss out for the west Londoners…

Raheem Sterling could be set to miss out tomorrow against the Hammers.

Chelsea signed Sterling from Manchester City in the summer for around £50 million (Daily Mail).

The 28-year-old is so important for Chelsea and has been described as a ‘world-class’ player (The Mirror).

He made a return to action against Fulham last Friday, having spent a month on the sidelines through injury.

However, Potter told reporters today that Sterling is now a doubt for tomorrow’s game, as quoted by Football.London:

“We’ve had a little setback with Raheem, he is doutful. He got a kick in training.”

Chelsea having Sterling unavailable tomorrow will be a huge blow for them, but a massive boost for West Ham at the same time.

Let’s hope that that works in our favour and the Hammers earn what would be a big three points against our fierce rivals at the London Stadium.
