Kurt Zouma is set to be handed a new contract by West Ham United after his fine start to the season.
According to a report from TEAMtalk, West Ham are planning to open talks with Kurt Zouma about a new deal.
Hammers boss David Moyes brought the 28-year-old to the London Stadium from Chelsea for around £30 million in the summer of 2021 (Daily Mail).

Zouma was recently made the new club captain, and he has spoken about how proud he is to have been handed that responsibility.
The Frenchman is thriving in his new role and seems to be a better all-round player now than he was before.
Huge breaking news as another West Ham player reportedly could follow Bowen with new contract
TEAMtalk reckon that the Frenchman is set to be handed a new contract by the Hammers after his fine start to the season.
Zouma currently earns £125k-a-week at the London Stadium (Spotrac).

One would imagine that he will be handed a big rise on those terms.
Kurt Zouma is clearly vitally important to this West Ham team, and if we can get him tied down to a new contract so soon after Bowen’s new deal, it will be a massive boost for us as a club.
The Frenchman is a real leader for the Hammers, and the £30 million that we paid to sign him from Chelsea now looks like an absolute bargain.
There have been times when I’ve questioned Zouma’s fitness, and if truth be told I still have those doubts. However, the 28-year-old is a hugely important figure at the London Stadium off the pitch as well as on it, and I believe that offering him a new deal should be a no-brainer for the club.
