The door still seems to be wide open for West Ham United to sign talented Spezia centre-back Jakub Kiwior.
That’s according to a report from Calciomercato who claim that Spezia are still yet to receive na offer from AC Milan for the 22-year-old.

David Moyes bolstered his central defensive ranks at the London Stadium in the summer transfer window with the additions of Nayef Aguerd and Thilo Kehrer.
With Angelo Ogbonna now 34 and Craig Dawson facing an uncertain future at the London Stadium though, the addition of another top-class central defender with youth on his side will definitely be needed either in January or next summer.
And it seems as though Moyes has a good chance to do just that…
West Ham can still sign Jakub Kiwior
According to a report from Calciomercato, AC Milan are still yet to submit a formal offer for the Poland international.
And that means that the door is still open for the Hammers to swoop in.
We think that Kiwior would be a very strong signing for West Ham in January.
He is a left-footed centre-back but can operate as a defensive midfielder as well, and that versatility would obviously have appealed to Moyes.

In 22 Serie A appearances last season, Kiwior averaged 2.3 tackles, 1.8 interceptions and 2.2 clearances per game (Who Scored).
The Polish ace stands at 6ft 2in tall and is very energetic and mobile.
The Spezia defender is a proper athlete, but it must be said that he is totally unproven in the Premier League. Players a lot better than Kiwior have arrived in the Premier League and failed to succeed.
However, Kiwior does seem to have all the attributes needed to succeed in England. So I believe that Moyes should sign the Polish ace in January.
£16 million for Jakub Kiwior would represent exceptional value for West Ham United in my opinion.
