West Ham and Arsenal have traditionally been united by a mutual dislike of Spurs.
But there is a new rivalry festering between the Hammers and Gunners since Declan Rice’s move to the Emirates in the summer.
West Ham had the tough task of Liverpool away on Sunday in a 2pm kick-off.

And one high-profile West Ham fan was filmed at the 2-2 draw between bitter rivals Arsenal and Spurs while West Ham were suffering a 3-1 defeat at Anfield.
James Corden shot to fame in the UK with his role co-writing and starring in hit show Gavin and Stacey – in which he plays a West Ham supporter called Smithy.
But Celebrity West Ham fan Corden was seen consoling his son in the Emirates crowd as they watched the NLD between Arsenal and Spurs.
Video posted on TikTok by a Gunners fan shows famous Hammers nut Corden in what looks to be the directors box a few seats down from Arsenal chief Josh Kroenke.
Corden is on his feet consoling his son Max with a hug. Perhaps because he wanted to be at West Ham!
Max has previously been pictured wearing his West Ham gear to play football over in America.
Hammers fans left scratching their heads but is this the reason?
West Ham fans have been left scratching their heads over Corden’s attendance at the Arsenal vs Spurs game while the Hammers were playing Liverpool.
Especially given the tribalism between the London rivals.
He is known to be close friends with West Ham sporting director Mark Noble and former Hammers skipper Rice.
So it could be that he attended the game as a guest of Rice and was consoling his son after the midfielder’s club career first mid-game substitution.
That seems to be the most likely explanation given how staunch a West Ham fan Corden is.
The former League of their Own host was spotted watching West Ham when they beat Luton at Kenilworth Road before the international break.
He was also at West Ham’s Europa Conference League final triumph in Prague.
