West Ham United will be moving on numerous players this summer.

Graham Potter is expected to oversee a huge change in the playing staff at the London Stadium, with numerous West Ham players up for sale.

Meanwhile, some players will be released, and some will be sent back to their parent clubs.

It’s not an entirely happy camp at West Ham right now, with the likes of Niclas Fullkrug speaking out about his dissatisfaction.

Vladimir Coufal shared his current unhappiness at West Ham as well on Tuesday.

Potter needs to clear out much of the deadwood, and replace them with hungry young players.

And one man who has disappointed hugely for the Hammers this season definitely won’t be here next term, according to one report.

Carlos Soler will definitely not be at West Ham next season

West Ham have an option to buy Carlos Soler from Paris Saint-Germain for £16.5 million in the summer transfer window.

It was actually reported back in January that West Ham were very likely to sign Soler in the summer on a permanent deal.

He clearly has a lot of talent, and has been described as a ‘brilliant player’ by La Liga’s official website.

However, he has failed to live up to expectations since moving to the London Stadium.

According to Radio Marca, Soler definitely won’t be joining West Ham permanently this summer.

The 28-year-old may not go back to PSG either, with his former club Valencia in the running to sign him.

If we’re being honest, the signing of Carlos Soler has been a disastrous one from the start.

The Spaniard has proven to be a painful fit for the Premier League, and it’s still unclear as to where he actually fits into this current West Ham team.

The Hammers should be going nowhere near the midfielder this summer, and thankfully, it seems like we aren’t.

What Carlos Soler has said about staying at West Ham

The Spaniard’s future is very much far from certain right now.

And Soler recently opened up on how he prefers living in London to Paris.

“The first two days I got on the pavements, there is not much mystery. In Paris they drove worse, when I go as a pedestrian there, I have more problems,” he said.

“I can walk around the street quietly and that’s cool because you can blend in with the people and live a normal life. It’s all very quiet, I also take the metro a lot.”

Carlos Soler may well be forced away from living in London though, if West Ham decide they don’t want to sign him permanently.

And it seems for all the world that the 28-year-old will not be a Hammers player next season.
